Clearly, parents need to trust the school and its staff to care for and to meet their children's needs. However, occasionally problems do arise. In the event of a problem please try not to be critical in front of your children - bring the issue to a teacher or the Headteacher who will do their best to rectify matters. In the event that you are still not satisfied, please contact the chair of Governors who will inform you of the best course of action to resolve your problem.
